How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Traditionalconnected Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Traditionalconnected Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please keep in mind that Traditionalconnected Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send Your Complaint

Email contact@traditionalconnected.rest and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

What Happens After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
